Our Mission
To lead people to a devoted restorative relationship with Jesus Christ through sound biblical teachings and actions that glorify and magnify God.
Our Vision
To share the good news of Jesus Christ while unapologetically teaching God’s Word to Northeast Michigan and beyond. We want to be part of the story of changed lives for God while allowing the Holy Spirit to operate in and through us as good stewards of all that God gives.

What We Believe
God
We believe in the one Triune God. Father and Creator of the heavens and the earth. Infinite, just, and eternal in existence. Full of love, grace, and mercy that exist in unity of three equally divine entities: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We believe that He is sovereign, limitless, timeless and has afforded all people the possibility of redemption and a new beginning through His Son. All of this for His glory and for a lost and fallen people.
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate. Conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin birth, and came to us in the flesh: fully God and fully man. That he fulfilled the promise that a Messiah would deliver Israel. We believe that he lived a sinless life, suffered a sinner’s crucifixion, rose from the dead, and has ascended into heaven where he sits at the right hand of the Father where he intercedes for us to this day. We believe that he will come again to restore creation to God’s original intention.
Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit was given to us as our helper to glorify the works of Christ. He convicts the world of their iniquities and guilt. He is the catalyst that allows a sinful people to have a restored relationship with Jesus Christ in perfect union as adopted children into the family of God. He dwells within the body of believers: guiding, equipping, and empowering them to live a more Christ-like life and serve others.
Salvation
We believe that Jesus Christ is our perfect and fully sufficient sacrifice for our sins. His shed blood on the cross, atoning death and the victory of his resurrection are the one and only means for salvation to the Father. Our reconciliation and renewal come solely through the works of Jesus Christ through surrendering to him as our Lord and Savior.
The Bible
We believe in the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God. That the Holy Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, were given to us through God’s inspiration of human authors. We believe that the Bible is without error and affords us the complete revelation of God’s will for life and salvation. The Bible is the ultimate authority for living a Godly life. The teachings found within the Holy Scriptures are promised, trusted, and required of all believers.
The Church
We believe that the Body of Christ, the church, is comprised of all people that have been justified through faith alone in Christ. It is by God’s grace that we may be justified through His Son. The true church is united in harmony by the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ is the head of the church. We believe that Jesus’ church should be a body in motion, sharing the good news and glorifying God’s name in all they do. We believe that Jesus commanded two ordinances of his church: Holy Communion (The Lord’s Supper) and believer's baptism. These two ordinances express the gospels, and although they are not the means for salvation, they are forms of obedience for believers.
